Sharol Perez-Navarro

Sharol Perez-Navarro, MS, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at TBC Corporation since July 2018, Sharol has held various roles, including Corporate Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist in retail settings. Prior to TBC Corporation, Sharol worked at Mission Foods as a Human Resources Representative from December 2016 to July 2018. Sharol's career also includes significant contributions to Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Inc., where the roles ranged from Human Resources/Operations Director to Program Manager and Senior Case Manager between 2008 and 2016. Academically, Sharol holds a Master in Science from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
