Nichole Baccala Ward

Nichole Baccala Ward has been with TBC since 2002, where Nichole currently serves as the President. Nichole has transformed the Agency into a solutions Agency that uses data to address clients' business challenges and achieve marketing objectives. Prior to TBC, Nichole worked at The Advisory Board Company as a Senior Marketing Executive. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Dickinson College.
