Jason Laplante

Jason LaPlante has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Jason is currently the VP of Product and Service Technology at TBEI, Inc., where they are responsible for setting the direction for new product development and leading the product management and marketing teams.

Prior to their role at TBEI, Inc., LaPlante served as the Director of Sales - North America at LeverX, a leading SAP Partner. In this role, they worked closely with organizations to develop strategies to utilize SAP's PLM family of solutions and improve operational efficiency.

LaPlante also has experience at Tennant Company, where they led an initiative to improve the quality and management of SAP Master Data for the global enterprise. Additionally, they held the role of Sr. Engineering Manager, overseeing product validation and engineering services.

Earlier in their career, LaPlante served as the Director of Engineering at both McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. and Schwing America. Jason also founded EnTech Industries, Inc., where they served as President and played a key role in the success of the engineering and manufacturing company.

LaPlante began their career as an Engineer at Case New Holland.

Jason LaPlante attended North Dakota State University from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering. Jason specialized in Engineering during their studies at the university. In addition to their formal education, Jason also obtained certifications in the field of Product Lifecycle Management from CIMData in March 2012. Furthermore, they earned a certification as a Project Management Professional from PMI, although specific details regarding the date of acquisition are not provided.
