In 2010, our founder, Vikram Kukreja was stuck in a similar scenario.

Fast forwarding to 2020, at a Global HR Conclave in Germany, Vikram observed a lack of practical skills and mentorship amongst the professionals.

Hence to craft leaders for tomorrow , TBH Circle was born in 2021.
