Borislav Katkov

Borislav Katkov has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Borislav started their career at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) in 2007, where they held various positions including MIS Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst. During their time at Postbank, Borislav excelled in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations to support the bank's growth. Borislav was also involved in projects outside their job description, such as migrating to a new version of Business Objects.

In 2015, Borislav became the Head of Business Analysis and Project Management Section at Postbank, where they led projects related to financial and KPI reporting. Borislav was responsible for structuring and executing these projects, implementing root cause analysis to increase profits and provide accurate reporting to top management. Borislav also played a significant role in a multimillion-dollar project involving the acquisition of Alpha Bank Bulgaria.

In 2017, Borislav joined TBI Bank Bulgaria as the Deputy Head of Management Reporting and Financial Analysis. Borislav was soon promoted to Head of the unit, where they led and coordinated a team focused on preparing reports and presentations to provide insights and analysis on the bank's overall performance. Borislav also supported the management and sales departments in building business cases for potential international partnerships.

Borislav Katkov holds a Master's Degree in Finance, General from the University of National and World Economy, which they completed in 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the same university in 2007. In terms of secondary education, Borislav graduated from the High School of Mathematics and Natural Science in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria in 2003 with a focus on Mathematics, English, and Computer Science. Borislav also obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) Preparation Course from ITCE in 2015.
