Hakan Kireçcibaşı

Hakan Kireçcibaşı has extensive work experience in IT strategy and governance, project management, and customer care operations. Hakan currently holds the role of Chief IT Governance and Project Management Officer at tbi bank, where they are responsible for overseeing IT governance and project management. Prior to that, they worked at Eczacıbaşı Holding as the IT Strategy and Governance Manager for the Eczacıbaşı Group, where they focused on measuring and improving IT services and processes. Hakan also worked at Eczacibasi Bilisim as the Head of IT Governance & PMO & RPA, Business Development Manager, and IT Service Management Unit Head. Earlier in their career, they worked at Yapı Kredi as the Customer Care Operations Manager and at Turkcell in various roles including Corporate Marketing, Technical Account Manager, Customer Care Process and Application Manager, and Customer Care Operations - ICT Servicedesk Specialist.

Hakan Kireçcibaşı attended Yeditepe University from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and completed a double major in Mathematics. Prior to that, they attended Bornova Anadolu Lisesi (İzmir Koleji) from 2000 to 2004. In 2013, they returned to Yeditepe University to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Knowledge and Innovation Management. Hakan Kireçcibaşı also holds additional certifications in ITIL v4 Managing Professional, ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, and has completed courses in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, COBIT Foundation 4.1, and ITIL v3 Foundation.
