Mihai Ionita

Mihai Ionita has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in the financial and retail sectors. Mihai most recently served as the Head of Risk Analytics, Modelling & Technology at TBI Bank starting in 2018. Prior to that, they held various managerial positions at Bancpost, including Manager of the Portfolio Management and Business Analytics Division for Household Lending, Manager of Portfolio Quality Management for Retail Lending, and Head of Credit Policy for Household Lending. Mihai also worked as a Senior Credit Policy Specialist at EFG Retail Services and as a Credit Manager at Credex Finantari IFN S.A. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Credit Officer at ALTEX Romania. Throughout their roles, Mihai has demonstrated expertise in risk management, portfolio supervision, statistical analysis, and credit policy development.
