Mithu Lucraft is a seasoned professional in business development and content strategy, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at TBI Communications since April 2022. Previously, Mithu held various leadership roles at Springer Nature Group, including Director of Content Marketing Strategy and Marketing Director for Outreach and Open Research, where responsibilities encompassed cross-audience marketing strategies, team leadership, budgeting, and product marketing. Mithu also served as Head of Open Research Marketing at Nature Research, where strategic development was paramount, and held previous marketing roles at Palgrave Macmillan, SAGE Publishing, and Oxford University Press, focusing on communications, brand management, and public relations. Mithu holds a BA Hons in English Language and Linguistics from Durham University, an MA in Journalism Studies from Cardiff University, and a CIPR Diploma in Public Relations from London Metropolitan University.
