Beth Drake

Beth Drake, CRCM, CCBCO, currently serves as the EVP of Enterprise Risk and Compliance at TBK Bank, SSB, a position held since February 2012. In this role, Beth leads the Risk and Compliance Oversight team, providing strategic direction for the management of regulatory and operational risks, including Business Continuity Planning, BSA/AML, Consumer Compliance, and Vendor Management. Prior to this, Beth held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at TBK Bank, Compliance Officer at Collin Bank, and Compliance/CRA Officer at Northstar Bank of Texas. Additionally, Beth contributed as a Corresponding Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Area Compliance Association and began her career as a BSA Analyst at Texas Capital Bank and as a Research Clerk at Southwest Corporate Federal Credit Union.
