Margaret Dawson

Margaret Dawson has a strong background in various leadership roles. Margaret currently serves as the Executive Director & Vice President at the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council, where they are responsible for the overall operations and goals of the Council. Prior to this, they were the VP of Portfolio Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Apptio, an IBM Company.

Margaret has also held positions at CDH Restaurants, Red Hat, Hewlett-Packard, Symform, Hubspan, Microsoft, and Amazon.com. Some notable roles include Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO / Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion at Red Hat, Vice President, Product Marketing, HP Helion at Hewlett-Packard, and Director, International PR at Amazon.com.

Throughout their career, Margaret has demonstrated their expertise in areas such as strategic planning, marketing, product management, and communications. Margaret has successfully implemented new initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and driven digital transformation. Margaret's experience spans both small and large organizations, and they consistently deliver results.

Margaret Dawson (戴珍珠) completed their undergraduate education at the University of Puget Sound from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Margaret later pursued a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate Program at Cornell University. In 2021, Margaret obtained a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
