Margaret Dawson has a strong background in various leadership roles. Margaret currently serves as the Executive Director & Vice President at the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council, where they are responsible for the overall operations and goals of the Council. Margaret Dawson (戴珍珠) completed their undergraduate education at the University of Puget Sound from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Margaret later pursued a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate Program at Cornell University. In 2021, Margaret obtained a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
