Paul Carroll P.e.

Paul Carroll, P.E. is a Senior Project Engineer at T. Baker Smith, with experience since May 2017. Previously, Paul served as a Civil Engineer at Picciola & Associates, Inc. from September 2015 to May 2017, where expertise included various designs such as commercial drainage and floodgate systems. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Drainage Engineer for St. Tammany Parish Government from March 2004 to September 2015, managing drainage, road, and levee projects, as well as developing project cost estimates and budgets. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of New Orleans.
