Terence Ling has a range of diverse work experience. Terence is currently the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at TBWA Hong Kong, where they oversee a team of strategists and has established the strategy department. Terence is responsible for various tasks including demand and investment mapping, designing marketing systems, annual marketing planning, campaign planning, insight mining, content and distribution strategy, eCommerce strategy, and CRM strategy.
Before joining TBWA Hong Kong, Terence worked as a Senior Strategic Planner at Ogilvy & Mather. During their time there, they successfully grew the KFC business and repositioned MTR, resulting in increased revenue.
Terence has also worked as a freelance copywriter and as the Founder/Chef/Shop Manager of Le Bonbon Crêperie, where they achieved high revenue and broke records at City'super.
Prior to that, Terence worked as a Marketing Manager at PCCW, where they played a vital role in growing the consumer broadband business and pioneering Asia's first Wi-Fi business model.

Terence Ling earned a Bsc (Econ) degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended King's School Canterbury from 1994 to 1996. Before that, from 1990 to 1994, they studied at St. Lawrence College. Terence Ling's earliest education was at Chinese International School from 1984 to 1990.
