Zama Bhengu

Zama Bhengu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at TBWA\ South Africa since September 2018, Zama previously held the position of Deputy Manager HR at WNS Global Services SA from September 2017 to August 2018. Earlier career achievements include serving as HR Business Partner at Capacity Outsourcing, HR Officer at Grafton Everest, and HR Officer focused on remuneration and benefits at SRF Flexipak SA. Zama began the HR journey as an intern at SRF Flexipak S.A. Zama holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Organisational Psychology and Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town, completed in 2010, and received foundational education at Kingsway High from 2001 to 2005.
