Amie Miller

Amie Miller currently serves as the Worldwide Chief Talent Officer at TBWA\Worldwide, a position held since May 2017. Prior to this role, Amie was the SVP, Chief Talent Officer at MDC from November 2009 to June 2016, focusing on fostering environments for creative talent. Amie’s earlier experience includes working as VP/Talent Director at CP+B from 2002 to 2009, where responsibilities included talent strategy and HR management, and as VP/Group Account Director with notable clients such as the Truth anti-tobacco campaign and Virgin Atlantic. Amie also held the position of VP/Account Director at Mullen from 2000 to 2002 and spent several years at CP+B from 1992 to 2000 in various account management and production roles.
