Damasia Merbilhàa is an accomplished marketing and strategy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across Latin America. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at TBWA\Worldwide since 2019, Damasia previously held positions as Regional Director and Integrated Strategy Director within the same agency, as well as Regional Manager at TBWA\Latin America and Senior Strategic Planner at TBWA\Buenos Aires. Damasia began a career in the industry with roles in new media research and strategy, marketing coordination, and independent filmmaking. Educational background includes an Advanced Management Program at Babson College and a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Universidad del Salvador, complemented by studies at Towson University and Universidad del Cine.
