Gizem Ozturk

Gizem Ozturk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gizem started their career as a Founder and Project Manager for the fundraising event "TURN ON YOUR HEART" in 2014, where they successfully managed and organized an art and photo auction. Gizem then worked as an HR/Business Development Manager at Lazzoni Furniture from May 2012 to September 2015. In September 2015, they joined TBWA\Chiat\Day as a Human Resources Generalist, a position they held until January 2018. From January 2018 to March 2021, Gizem served as a Global Talent Development Associate at TBWA\Worldwide. Gizem then progressed to the role of Manager, Global Learning Programs from March 2021 to January 2023. Currently, Gizem holds the position of Associate Director, Global Learning Programs at TBWA\Worldwide from January 2023 onwards.

Gizem Ozturk holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Psychology from Towson University. Additionally, Gizem has also obtained certifications in AI for Personal Productivity from Section (anticipated completion in 2023), Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn (anticipated completion in 2023), and The Future of Workplace Learning from LinkedIn (completed in 2021).
