Mariana Aguirre is a professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focusing on organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, as well as working as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and history of food at a vocational training school.
