Virginia Pracht

Virginia Pracht is an experienced strategist with a strong background in various aspects of brand and communication planning. Currently serving as Co-Head of Strategy at TBWA\Australia since January 2022, Pracht previously held the position of Head of Strategy at Ogilvy Melbourne from August 2017 to January 2022, and served as Planning Director at Cummins&Partners from July 2013 to February 2017. Earlier roles include Strategist at Powered by Nine and Strategy Planner at BADJAR Ogilvy. Pracht's expertise encompasses business and creative planning, brand positioning, segmentation, qualitative research, and the development of strategic tools and processes. Pracht holds an M.A. in Communications, Psychology, and Political Science from the University of Münster, completed in 2005.
