Luis A. Santana

Luis A. Santana currently serves as President of TC Latin America Partners AFI and is a Member of YPO, both positions held since June 2022. Santana has a notable background in real estate investment, having been a Partner at TC Latin America Partners from April 2015 to August 2025, focusing on investments across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and the U.S. Additionally, Santana held the position of Director at Industrial Gate from April 2023 to August 2025, managing a vertically integrated owner/operator of industrial properties in Mexico. Prior experience includes working in Private Equity at Och-Ziff Capital Management from 2007 to April 2015. Luis A. Santana holds a Master’s degree in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a Minor in English Literature, from Baruch College.
