Gianni Africano

Gianni Africano is an aspiring architect with a focus on environmentally and socially sustainable architecture, currently serving as an Intern Architect at TCA Architecture + Planning + Design since August 2018. Prior to this role, Gianni worked as a Bilingual Associate Designer at MG2 Design, engaging in projects in Central America. Experience also includes an Architect Intern position at The Miller Hull Partnership, where skills in photorealistic rendering and site analysis were honed. Additional internships at GGLO Design and as a residential design intern involved sustainability assessments and client-focused designs. Gianni has a unique background in design from a tenure as a Shoe Designer and Painter and has diverse work experience in customer service and teaching tennis. Educationally, Gianni holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Oregon.
