Mike Napoli

Mike Napoli has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career in 1976 at Bankers Trust New York Corp as a Senior Executive and later worked as a Senior Executive at Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1984 to 1990. In 1991, they joined Wilshire Associates as a Senior Executive, where they served as the Chief Investment Officer and head of the Hedge Funds Group and Funds Management Division. During their time at Wilshire Associates, they worked with large institutional investors and served on the company's Board of Directors, Chairman of Wilshire Mutual Funds, and Director of the Wilshire Emerging Markets Institute. In 2000, they became the President Inland Empire at Tech Coast Angels, a network of angel investors. Mike then joined Absolute Return Group in 2005 as the Chairman and CIO, where they focused on alternative investments and providing education and direction to institutional investors. From 2007, they have held various positions, including Executive Director at Performing Arts LIVE, Member of the Board of Directors at Steinway Society of Riverside County, Member of the Board of Directors at Palm Springs International Piano Competition, and Member of the Board of Directors at American Youth Symphony. In 2018, they became the Founding President - Affiliates in the Desert at Los Angeles Philharmonic.
