Chris Featherstone

Chris Featherstone has over two decades of experience in operations and technology management, currently serving as a Global Operations Planner and Global Information Technology Manager at TCCI Manufacturing since September 2002. Prior experience includes a role in Technical Support at Lucent Technologies from June 1997 to September 2002, focusing on the CTAM Technical Support Call Center for landline and wireless service providers. Chris holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between October 2021 and March 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield, completed in December 2018.
