Breanna Vargas has extensive experience in accounting and operations within the energy and trucking sectors. Currently serving as a Plant Accountant at TCEC Oklahoma since July 2016, Breanna collaborates with engineering and operations departments to manage work orders and verify construction assembly units. Breanna was a part owner of Vargas Jr. Trucking from August 2005 to May 2021, where responsibilities included bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance with DOT filings. Previous roles include Field Operations Assistant at Breitburn Energy and Whiting Petroleum Corporation, where duties involved accounts payable management and contractor relations. Breanna began a career in the energy industry as an Operations Assistant at EOG Resources, transitioning from an accounting intern to a full-time role. Breanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Oklahoma State University, completed in 2005.

Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) is dedicated to providing members with safe, reliable and affordable electric service. Headquartered in Hooker, Okla., TCEC is a not-for-profit distribution cooperative owned and controlled by its members. The utility serves approximately 12,500 members and about 23,000 meters in the Oklahoma Panhandle, southwestern Kansas, the northern border of the Texas Panhandle and parts of Colorado and New Mexico. Our dedicated staff oversees nearly 5,000 miles of distribution lines. As a cooperative, we are proud to be owned and controlled by those we serve, and we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for all of our member-owners.
