Ravshan Pochojanov, MBA, CAP has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Ravshan began their career as an Accountant at "Samgar" state farm in 1993 before moving on to work as an Account Manager at Sogd Gravel Sorting Factory in 1996. In 1997, they joined JSC Tajiktelecom, Khujand Telephon Office as a Senior Account Manager.

In 2000, Pochojanov transitioned into the field of finance, becoming the Chief Accountant at JV CJSC Somoncom. Ravshan later assumed the role of CFO at the same company in 2003, where they reviewed accounting systems, implemented procedures, and participated in the development of computer-based systems.

From 2009 to 2020, Pochojanov gained experience at CJSC Indigo Tajikistan, first as the Financial Planning Analysis Manager, where they provided expertise and advice on finance-related issues, reviewed accounting systems, and developed financial projections and budgets. Later, they became the Director of the Business & Marketing Intelligence department, responsible for providing strategy and advice on commercial planning and performance, as well as managing reports and conducting product and campaign analysis.

In 2020, Pochojanov returned to Tcell Tajikistan as the Financial Director/CFO, where they reviewed and implemented accounting systems and internal controls, prepared financial and sustainability projections, and developed annual budgets. Ravshan then moved to ROSHAN_TDCA (TELECOM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AFGANISTAN) in 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer before rejoining Tcell Tajikistan in 2022, this time as the Chief Financial Officer.

Throughout their career, Pochojanov has demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting systems, and strategic planning, making him a valuable asset in leadership roles within the finance industry.

Ravshan Pochojanov holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, which they obtained from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Tajik/World Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from the Faculty of Law, Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics from 2004 to 2008. Their educational journey began at Khujand State University, where they completed their Master's degree in Accounting, Finance & Audit from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ravshan Pochojanov received a CAP (Certified Accounting Professional) certificate in 2004.
