Desiree Cromwell

Desiree Cromwell currently serves as the Director of U.S. Gas Operations for the American Gulf Region at TC Energy, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Cromwell had a distinguished 21-year tenure at Phillips 66, where roles included Gulf Coast Region Manager, Control Center Manager, Operations Superintendent for Mid Con Clean Products, Regional Optimization Manager for Commercial, and Aromatics/FCC and Utilities Team Leader. Key achievements include enhancing operations for 3,000 miles of pipeline and two product terminals, improving safety standards during the Covid-19 pandemic, and spearheading productivity and performance improvements across multiple units. Cromwell holds an MBA from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University.
