Neil Herle

Neil Herle is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at TC Energy since August 2011, Neil has held various senior roles including Corporate Secretary and manager of legal operations. In 2024, Neil founded Madeira Sky Inc. and has previously worked at prominent law firms including Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, and Parlee McLaws LLP. Neil holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the Alberta School of Business, complemented by advanced legal education from Harvard Law School.
