Paula Ciccarelli

Paula Ciccarelli is an experienced professional in project services and management, currently serving as the Director of Project Services and Forecasting at TC Energy since May 2021. Prior to this role, Paula held various leadership positions at AltaLink, including Director of Project and Operational Support and Director of the Project Management Office, where accountability included governance and oversight of a $7 billion capital program. Paula’s extensive background also encompasses senior roles at Bell Canada, where responsibilities ranged from managing a large solutions delivery organization to overseeing sales activities, as well as positions at Corporate Express and Bell that focused on sales management and marketing strategy. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Waterloo.
