Stephanie Bialowas

Stephanie Bialowas is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic planning and project management. Currently serving as Director of HR Strategy, Planning & Projects at TC Energy since February 2019, Stephanie leads teams focused on enterprise HR strategies, workforce planning, change management, and communications. Prior experience at CNOOC International from June 2007 to January 2019 includes roles such as Senior Manager for HR Strategic Projects & Communications, US Gas Innovation & Internal Relations, and Talent Management & Diversity. Stephanie's educational background features a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Certified Management Accountants of Alberta and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and French from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
