Chandra Mohan .KV has extensive experience in property management and operations, currently serving as Operations Manager at Thermo Control Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. for Manyata Ebassy Business Park in Bangalore since September 2015. Previously, Chandra held the position of Senior Manager at JLL from April 2006 to July 2015, overseeing operations for IBM India Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. Chandra's career began with the Indian Air Force, where over 18 years of service involved roles in various sections, including weapon maintenance, administration, and training, culminating as Senior Non Commissioned Officer in Charge Armoury. Chandra holds a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University and a Bachelor's degree from the Armed Forces of the Indian Union, alongside a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from SMVM Polytechnic in Andhra Pradesh.
