Aaron Paschke

Aaron Paschke, MBA, currently serves as Aviation Sales Lead - Technology at TCG Digital, starting in April 2025. Previously, Aaron was Global Account Director at Comply365 from June 2021 to April 2025, where the role focused on driving annual revenue growth by $2.3M through partnerships with tier-1 airlines across North America, Latin America, and EMEA regions. Additional experience includes positions at ScienceLogic as Alliance Account Manager, alliantgroup as Associate Consultant in R&D Tax Consulting, and various roles at Nuance Communications, including Chief of Staff / Sales Administration Manager. Aaron holds an MBA from the University of Florida, where concentration was in Competitive Strategy and Finance, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and German from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by a study abroad at The University of Freiburg.
