Mary Cain has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and management. Mary has worked at TCG as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they focused on guiding candidates through the interview process and ensuring transparency and respect for their time. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at TCG and as a Junior Technical Recruiter.
Mary also has experience as a Recruiter for HR and Administrative Professionals at HireStrategy, where they handled full life cycle recruiting for a range of positions and specialized in HR and administrative opportunities.
Earlier in their career, Mary worked at Starbucks, starting as a Barista and eventually becoming a Store Manager. During their time at Starbucks, they developed recruiting practices specifically targeting the military community and college students, through initiatives such as hiring fairs and community outreach programs.
Mary also has experience outside of the recruiting field, having worked as an Instructor at the School of Martial Arts, where they led martial arts courses and volunteered as an instructor due to their passion for kung fu. Mary Cain earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and History from the University of Detroit Mercy from 2006 to 2010.
