Tom Whalen

Tom Whalen has a diverse work experience spanning several prestigious companies. Tom started their career in 1987 at Valspar Corporation, where they served as the Sales & Market Director for almost two decades. In 2006, they joined Spraylat Corporation as the VP & GM until 2012. Following that, they worked at PPG Industries as a Business Director from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Sales & Marketing at TCI Powder Coatings since 2019, and prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing & Segment Strategy for the same company since 2015.

Tom Whalen attended Illinois State University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business. In 1984, they also briefly studied at The University of Bonn, focusing on International Business.
