Mst Shantona Khatun is a seasoned professional in business development and education consultancy, currently serving as the Business Development & Partnership Manager at TCL Global since November 2020. Areas of expertise include strategic leadership, global operations management, market research, compliance, and stakeholder relationship management. Shantona also has experience in supervising educational teams, managing branch offices in Africa, and supporting student admissions across multiple countries. In addition to founding and presiding over the Bangla Society at the University of Portsmouth, Shantona has worked in various educational roles, including as an educational consultant and art teacher.
