Karl Fenstermaker

Karl Fenstermaker is responsible for all aspects related to preconstruction at TCM, including engineering, detailing, estimating activities. Karl’s mission at TCM is to ensure that our clients are consistently provided with holistic solutions for their needs that meet or exceed performance requirements while maintaining budget and schedule goals.Since beginning his career in the industry in 2002, Mr. Fenstermaker has been passionate about doing the right thing, thinking ahead, and making every clients’ job easier. His extensive knowledge in semiconductor, mission critical, and industrial facilities assisted in his work on noteworthy projects, such as Facebook PRN3 and Old Trapper Beef Jerky Manufacturing Facility.Mr. Fenstermaker received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Arizona State University. He also serves as an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers.
