Founded in 1953 and acquired in 2014, TCM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Southland Industries and one of the Northwest’s largest Mechanical and Plumbing systems experts offering a “One Team”, “Connected Solutions” approach. With their long standing history as a full service mechanical contractor and the experience we have in-house working on complex mechanical systems they have built a portfolio of successful construction projects that includes: large data centers, hospitals, hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing plants, as well as government, educational, and industrial facilities.
