Robert Hartman is an experienced orthopedic surgeon with a specialization in outpatient hip, knee, and shoulder replacement surgeries using minimally invasive techniques. With a career spanning several decades, Robert has held positions at Minnesota Valley Surgery Center since September 2005 and Twin Cities Orthopedics since August 1989.
