Rochelle Lindow

Therapist at Twin Cities Orthopedics

Rochelle Lindow, OTR/L, CHT, has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since 1986 and a Hand Therapist since 1989. In 1991, she became a member of a select group of therapists to pass the Inaugural Hand Therapy Certification Exam. In addition to clinical practice, Rochelle is a Clinical Educator providing continuing education courses and consultations nationally. Rochelle was one of a group of three therapists that designed an Advanced Practice Development Program for TCO as a guide for mentoring newer therapists toward achieving their goal as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). She is also a Fieldwork Instructor for Occupational Therapy Students.

Outside of work she is a Sprint Triathlete and enjoys all types of outdoor activities including swimming, paddle boarding, hiking and road, off road and fat tire biking. Her summer and early fall weekends are spent travelling to northern Minnesota to the family lake home where she can easily enjoy all of these activities. Rochelle gets her own “self-therapy” by gardening and DIY home projects. She is also a Certified Group Cycle Instructor through the International Cycle Group (ICG) and has taught cycle classes through the YMCA Greater Twin Cities. She enjoys watching sports, specifically baseball, basketball and hockey. Now that she has an empty nest, Rochelle has returned to drawing and watercolor painting as a hobby. She has a daughter born in 1995 and a son born in 1998 and is enjoying the challenges of parenting young adults.
