About the Position: 

As our Reference Program Manager, you will be working in partnership with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations teams to build a robust reference program across products, company size, vertical, etc. This role will support the Enterprise function of the business. 

As a Reference Program Manager you will: 

  • Own reference management in a SaaS environment, report on how the program affects the business, and work well with sales, customer success, marketing, and other teams inside and outside the company. 
  • Develop and manage the customer reference program to support sales and marketing initiatives. 
  • Identify and recruit customer advocates for case studies, testimonials, and reference calls. 
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through daily activities, and work as an advocate for our customers 
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer references and manage reference requests from sales and marketing teams. 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that showcases customer success. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure the reference program supports sales objectives. 
  • Track the performance and impact of customer references on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales activities 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar role 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customers. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
