Dan Barton

Dan Barton currently serves as the Director of PEO Channel at TCP Software, focusing on strategic partnerships within the PEO and ASO marketplace. Previously, Dan held the position of Sales Director at Dominion Payroll, leading HCM sales efforts in Florida. Dan's experience also includes leadership roles at Community Brands as Senior Sales Director, where the go-to-market strategy for key platforms was developed, and at Paychex, where significant contributions were made as both Senior Sales Manager and Sales Strategy Manager, achieving notable increases in sales performance. Dan began his career at JLodge as Director of Sales and has over a decade of experience at Paychex in various sales management roles, consistently demonstrating high levels of performance and leadership. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Elon University.
