Jaime E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career in 1996 as a Manufacturing Facilitator at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked until 1998. In 1999, they joined NEC Corporation of America as a Business Analyst, providing data input and relevant information for project progress and milestones. They then transitioned to Verizon in the same year, working as a Systems Engineer until 2004.

From 2004 onwards, Jaime E. worked at TCP (TimeClock Plus) in various leadership positions. They started as an Information Systems Manager and SCRUM Master, overseeing the implementation of information systems. In 2015, they became the Director of Quality Assurance and SaaS, responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services. They later served as the Compliance Director and Data Protection Officer, overseeing compliance efforts and protecting data. Their most recent role at TCP is as the VP of InfoSec and Data Protection Officer, where they currently hold the position.

Jaime E. has a diverse education history. In 1992, they started their undergraduate studies at Angelo State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management and Marketing Research. They continued their education at Angelo State University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 1998, specializing in Management and Business Administration.

Jaime E. then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business in 2000. In 2010, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.

Recently, from 2020 to 2021, Jaime E. pursued a Cybersecurity MicroMasters program at the Rochester Institute of Technology, focusing on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.

Currently, Jaime E. is enrolled at Baylor University for a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree program, with a specialization in Learning and Organizational Change. They started this program in 2020 and are expected to complete it in 2023.
