Usama Tahir has a diverse work experience starting from 2003. Usama began their career as a Toll Collection Supervisor at National Logistics Cell (NLC), where they managed toll collection operations and supervised cash deposition. Usama then worked as a Data Entry Specialist at NADRA, where they ensured digital data acquisition and offered customer service to applicants.
Later, Usama worked as a Document Controller and Procurement Executive at Redco International Trading & Contracting w.l.l., where they coordinated with suppliers, negotiated payment terms, and updated procurement stages for ongoing projects.
Usama then joined IBEX as a Sales Executive, where they responded to prospects and explained ICT products and services to residential consumers.
Usama also worked at Digital Omega, first as a Sales Associate, where they implemented HRM processes and participated in the interview panel, and later as an Operations Supervisor, where they continued to implement HRM processes and participated in the interview panel.
At Motive, they served as a B2B Account Executive, where they qualified leads, presented demos on fleet management software, and educated clients on product usage.
Usama then joined i2c Inc. as a Sr. Client Associate, where they monitored and responded to partner inquiries, maintained performance metrics, and ensured data confidentiality and accuracy.
In 2023, they started their own venture called Al Tahir HomeScapes (Pvt Ltd) as the Proprietor.
Currently, Usama is working at TCP Software as a Tech Support, where they diagnose client problems, addresses concerns using instructional methods, and manages escalations within SLAs via chat, email, and phone.
Usama Tahir has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Business Administration from the Virtual University of Pakistan. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation from Alison in November 2020, and in WU Way Lean Bootcamp from Western Union in October 2020.
