Chris Cassens

Chris Cassens has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Chris started their career as an Administrative Senior IT Technician at Henry Ford College, where they focused on designing distribution images and deploying PCs for campus expansions. Chris then worked as a Help Desk Technician at Western Michigan University before joining Federal APD as an Assistant Bench Technician.

Following that, Chris worked at GATEWAY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER INC as an ACCESS INTERACTIVE, responsible for network optimization and supporting desktop and phone systems. Chris then moved on to Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel as a Support Specialist, where they provided Windows Systems Administration support and automated reporting processes.

Chris's experience in the field continued to grow when they joined TCS Education System. Chris started as a Field Support Specialist, assisting with system setup and conducting forest migration in the Active Directory. Chris later served as a System Administrator, where they reconfigured VMWare architecture, deployed patching solutions, and upgraded the AD Domain. Chris then became a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on disaster recovery procedures, infrastructure expansion, and migration to Office 365. Finally, they held the position of Director of IT Operations, leading the IT Infrastructure team and implementing cost-saving solutions.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated their expertise in network operations, IT infrastructure, system administration, and technical support, consistently delivering solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Chris Cassens studied at Robert Morris University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Studies with a specialization in Network Systems. Chris also pursued Computer Information Systems at Western Michigan University, but no additional details are available. In terms of certifications, Chris completed the A+ Certified Professional IT Technitian program offered by CompTIA in 2008.
