Chris Cassens has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Chris started their career as an Administrative Senior IT Technician at Henry Ford College, where they focused on designing distribution images and deploying PCs for campus expansions. Chris then worked as a Help Desk Technician at Western Michigan University before joining Federal APD as an Assistant Bench Technician.

Following that, Chris worked at GATEWAY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER INC as an ACCESS INTERACTIVE, responsible for network optimization and supporting desktop and phone systems. Chris Cassens studied at Robert Morris University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Studies with a specialization in Network Systems. Chris also pursued Computer Information Systems at Western Michigan University, but no additional details are available.
