Mike Balin

Mike Balin is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading technology development initiatives and project management operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at The Community Solution Education System since January 2023, Mike previously held positions as a Senior Delivery/Project Manager at Teaching Strategies, LLC, and as AVP of Project Management at Workers Credit Union, where Mike led the Project Management Office. Notable achievements include serving as a technology project lead at Simmons University for its transformation to university status and implementing digital strategies for public health at Balin by Design. Mike also has a background in bank Treasury Management system implementations and product marketing for financial services and utilities at Fiserv and OpenText, respectively. Mike holds an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a BA in Economics from McGill University.
