The Governance Team at TCS Education System oversees the strategic direction, policies, and organizational integrity of the system. Comprised primarily of Trustees along with a Chair and Vice Chair, the team ensures compliance with regulatory standards and steers the nonprofit towards achieving its mission of advancing student success and community impact.
