Jyotika Sharma

Jyotika Sharma began their work experience in 2007 at Cathay Pacific Airways as a Customer Services representative. Jyotika then moved on to join the British Council in 2010, where they held multiple roles, including Operations and Finance Executive, Operations Manager, and Senior Manager of Operations, Examination Services. In 2022, they joined TCS iON as the National ELI Head.

Jyotika Sharma pursued their Masters degree in Zoology from the University of Mumbai, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification called "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from the Google Digital Garage in July 2020.
