Partha Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Partha started their career as an Area Sales Officer at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting in 2000, where they successfully managed dealership appointments and increased sales revenue. Partha then served as a Franchise Manager at Arena Multimedia, where they expanded student enrollment and conducted Java training. Partha later joined Naukri.com, where their roles included Assistant Sales Manager, Manager Sales, Area Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Zonal Head, Associate Vice President, and Vice President Sales. During their time at Naukri.com, they headed sales in ROM and Goa and played a significant role in increasing growth. Partha also founded PSR Abstracts and served as the Founder and Director. Partha then joined Hexagon Search as the Director Sales - Client Partner (Tech Services), where they focused on building strong customer relationships and implementing strategic plans. Currently, Partha is Business Head - NPT at TCS iON, where they are responsible for the overall business and leadership in the NPT sector.
Partha Roy has a Post Graduate Certificate in Sales and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur. Partha also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Nagpur University. Additionally, they have completed their education at Rajendra Vidyalaya in Jamshedpur, where they obtained a certificate from the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).
