Prasun Chaturvedi

Prasun Chaturvedi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Prasun began their career at GE as a Product Manager, where they gained expertise in OS, Sun Solaris and Unix scripting, Ingres DB and 4GL, and applications development and support. Prasun then joined GENPACT for a business analyst internship before pursuing an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management.

After completing their MBA, Prasun joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where they held various positions, including Delivery Manager - UAE and Business Development Manager, Strategic Outsourcing - Emerging Markets. In these roles, they were responsible for customer engagement, associate engagement metrics, revenue, profitability, collections, and service management escalations. Prasun also played a key role in streamlining processes, improving client relationships, and setting up geographic processes for business development strategy.

Prasun then moved to Tata International Limited as the Regional Director IT - Sub Saharan Africa, where they oversaw governance, public affairs, and P&L management.
