Barbara Podrost

Barbara Podrost has extensive experience in accounting and property management. Barbara started their career as a Senior Cost Analyst at Orleans Homebuilders in 1993, where they compared budgets to actual invoicing and noted variances in profit margins. From 2005 to 2006, Barbara worked as a Staff Accountant at Jeffrey M. Brown Associates, Inc., where they compared budgets against actual invoicing for commercial construction projects and invoiced property owners for funding purposes. Barbara then joined FirstService Residential East in 2006 as a Senior Property Accountant, a role they held until 2018. In this position, Barbara managed property finances and budgets. Barbara's most recent experience includes working as the Director of HOA Accounting at both Madison Parke and TCS Management Services, starting in 2018.
