Ian Wilson

Ian Wilson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ian started their career as a Journeyman at Atlas Plumbing, Electric, & HVAC in 2002, where they worked until 2008. Following that, they joined FirstService Residential, where they held positions as Concierge, Assistant Community Manager, and Community Manager from 2008 to 2017. In 2018, they joined TCS Management Services as the President of the Multifamilty Division, responsible for leading management and operational functions. Later in 2018, they also became the President and COO of Madison Parke.

Ian Wilson's education history includes obtaining a Real Estate License from the Schlicher-Kratz Institute in 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Military Technologies and Applied Sciences from the Community College of Beaver County from 2007 to 2009. Ian also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of Philadelphia from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Ian has obtained additional certifications, including a Real Estate License from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry in 2016, a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board in 2015, and a Private Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in 2010.
