Matthew Wilbanks

Matthew Wilbanks currently serves as the Vice President of Construction at TCS (Triad Consulting Solutions) since September 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Operations Director, Regional at IPS-Integrated Project Services from July 2023 to September 2025 and was the Operations Manager at Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. from January 2022 to July 2023. Matthew's extensive experience at CRB from July 2013 to January 2022 included various leadership roles, such as Director of Life Sciences and Project Director, with responsibilities in project management. Additional experience includes leadership contributions at SlateXpace, which focuses on modular solutions for ATMP manufacturers. Early career roles include Project Manager and Project Engineer at Optum Construction Group and a Governor’s Intern position in the Office of Planning and Budget for the State of Georgia. Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration in Budgeting and Finance from The University of Georgia, along with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Georgia.
